I’m glad not to be teetotaler so, after meditation and self caring, it’s time to drink a good glass of wine.
It’s really a pleasure if it’s a fine wine and in the fair amount.
Like anything else you could enjoy it only using moderation.
In vino veritas? I don’t know but after the second bottle you certainly could loose the connection between mind and mouth 😁.
