A pill on mother’s day!

Leggi in italiano

In the last February I had my uterus removed due to a cancer and until now I didn’t focused about my feelings. I only thought about healing and I didn’t feel anything special in relation to the fact I will never be a mom.

I had read a lot on the subject before the surgery, how many women can feel lacking without the uterus… as if they were deprived of their womanhood and therefore as if they were… how to say… a bit defective.

I don’t feel a little feminine, lacking or defective, I’m sorry for not having had the privilege of being a mother and on this day, more than ever, I feel this little displeasure taking voice. But I still manage to be happy for all the other mothers and I spoke to them, saying not to forget the’ve been chosen and although it’s not an easy role to play, it’s one of the most beautiful in the world.

But fortunately you can also be mom also in a different and unconventional way! And I’ll be one of these.

Mother of an hairy kid named Milla (I wish to expand my family) but mostly I’ll be mother of my ideas and my projects, because I was probably born for this, and here’s the focus:

“Each of us come to life with a task and believe me, there isn’t one better than another, they are all important and once you understand your own, this is the difficulty, it must be carried out with joy and love.”

There are no physical obstacles to become what we most desire and at the same time the best version of us.

So, many wishes full of light to all mothers, biological and unconventional ones!
