First round: 1-0

You came with the usual disguise, the one used by your fellow men, the one that does not immediately make us understand your truly nature and so we’re wondering:

“…and what is this?”

From that moment chaos arose:

“meh… they said that’s the result of an experiment in China’s labs!”

“I heard it comes from Chinese bats”

“I read that it is an American invention against China for the customs duties matters …”

“they said on TV it only affects who has a very low immune system!”

“No, I heard that it can affect anyone…”

“They said you have to wash your hands and standing at one meter away from another person.”

“You must avoid going to the so-called red outbreaks areas”

“I did a food run yesterday, because if it runs out?”

“I don’t care, I go outside and do what I want! Hahaha… oh yes, of course… it’ll never hurt us!”

“hey hey… the other Countries are closing their borders. Italy is the European country with the highest number of infections.”

“all of Lombardy has become a red area”

“ also some provinces of Veneto, Piedmont, Emilia Romagna and Marche”

“gradually we all go home to the South”

“ Warning every part of Italy is now red zone ”

“What exactly does that mean, do you all have to stay home?”

Ok Virus, I have to admit in this first phase you clearly won, yes, you managed to create a general confusion, disguising yourself as a flu virus and you hit us with our weakest point: uncertainty.

In this technological era where there’s Google for all doubts, or there are difital assistants like Alexa and Siri… you haven’t been recognized.

“Alexa what is Corona Virus?”

“I’m sorry I don’t understand, try to repeat, please.”

«C.O.R.O.N.A V.I ….»

«Corona Fabrizio Maria is a television personality ….»

«Alexa stop stop!! Not that Corona…»

However, the second phase begins, the harder one where almost everything has to stop, starting from doubts and uncertainties, because it’s not important to understand what it is but how to prevent it from continuing to spread.

STOP!

SILENCE!

To all those who are bending over backwards to help us, noise and lack of discipline are not helping.

RESPECT!

Virus… even the most bizarre of disguises is unmasked and fear is gone… you too shall pass!
