The hermit crab

Leggi in italiano

I have always been fascinated by the hermit crab, the story of this crustacean should make us reflect on the extraordinary survival skills of living beings.

The hermit crab is born with a soft abdomen, unlike other similar ones belonging to the same group, and is forced to live inside the carcasses of the shells to protect and move. It is surprising!

His diversity has not made him vulnerable, the difficulties he encounters in changing his numerous wetsuits do not weaken him, he is constantly changing and searching for new shells in which to build new adventures.

Nature almost always gives us the right ideas to understand the meaning of life, but sometimes it is as if we do not want to see them, yet they are so evident.

Observing this small crustacean and thinking about the human being, for example, the diversity and the consequent phenomenon of marginalization or its perpetual reticence to change come to mind.

So I wonder what the brain can really serve, indeed the brains since the latter contains the emotional sphere and is located in the belly, if we cannot exploit them and feel differently from any other living being.

Because I don’t find a satisfactory explanation for everything I see and hear.

I cannot justify the violence, the malice, the disrespect, the rudeness and the ingratitude to life.

If we are here and we are making the journey, I believe we should do it with all receptive channels accessed and do you know why?

No other trip will be the same as the one you are experiencing, because in this one time, everything will depend only on you and your listening and along the way there will be no guides but only companions, you will not find any kits already assembled for the protection but you will have to work hard , each with their own personal abilities and in the end we will all find ourselves there looking at the stars

And if after all the effort, we still manage to get excited … well it will be worth it.

I love hermit crabs!
