I’ll tell you a secret!
Every night before falling asleep I feel like a weight in the upper part of the chest, the heart is tired and I’m afraid about it.
But I don’t have a real and physical problem related to the heart, it’s only fear that’s generated during stressful or particularly difficult events.
“Here she comes, immobilizes you and you feel so fragile in her arms.”
So I try to dialogue with that fear, then I start to make my monologue:
«Here we are again, I always find you in shape… always careful to not miss an opportunity… and even immune to the virus, on the contrary you would seem more its ally! You are always allied with the enemy, because without alliances you wouldn’t exist, my beautiful one. Here is your Achilles heel… and once again, sooner or later, you’ll leave but you’ll vanish, indeed you know what I do, now I breathe deeply and I imagine throwing you out, with each puff you move away a little… a little… a little more… and then I don’t feel you anymore.
But taking away any doubt that you’re really gone and that I can sleep peacefully, I decided that I will blow a little more… »
Sfuuuuuuuu sfuuuuuuuuuuu …. …… … sfruuuuuu sfruuu
«Cri? Criiii?»
«Uh… What’s up? What happened?»
«It’s been half an hour since you blew me and you snore near my ear, can you turn around, please?»
I smile, I turn aside and mumble between me:
“Oh well, it worked this time too”

Mi piace! Quando avrò paura, ma chi ogni giorno non ha paura specialmente di questi tempi, penserò al fatto che la paura senza alleanze non esisterebbe…Continua a soffiare e passerà sempre…🌬😍🥰 un abbraccio
