A strange feeling passes through me, one part of me thinks I’m a caterpillar and the other, a butterfly.
So there are times when I feel grounded and crawl in search of a safe place in which to find peace and change.
“Ouch, what an effort, this time I think it will be difficult to fly again. I’m very tired, I have come a long way and I have lost sight of it. That is to say, I no longer remember where I wanted to go. Maybe I’ll stop here to rest.”
But shortly after, I find myself flying! My body is light, the perspective changes from above. The objectives resurface and the course is clear. I know where I want to go, it almost seems to me to dream.
“Yoo-hoo… how wonderful I have wings! I will let myself be guided by the wind, directed towards the goal. I am no longer afraid and can even glide. Yoo-hoo!”
Here, some would define all this as instability or being moody; continuous mood swings, the alternation of joy with sadness, a lightness that turns into heaviness.
On the other hand, now I understand and I think everything is normal because I’m both a caterpillar and a butterfly! And, you know, it’s not so bad, who said that we must necessarily identify ourselves in a precise form?
I’m finally delighted to be who I am because I can smell the earth and fear and therefore suddenly breathe in stardust.
My name is Cristiana and I‘m a caterfly.

Spesso il volerci definire a tutti i costi, il voler canalizzare tutto in una forma prestabilita, è quello che ci rende tristi e non ci rispecchia appieno…Mi piace molto la brufalla!! 🐛❤️🦋
