I feuilletons di Fragola / The Strawberry’s feuilletons

Avete mai sentito parlare dei feuilletons?

Sono romanzi d’appendice, che si diffusero nei primi decenni dell’Ottocento in Francia; un romanzo a carattere popolare che veniva pubblicato a puntate, a pie’ di pagina, nei giornali quotidiani: in genere poche puntate, con cadenza domenicale.

Quando ho iniziato a condividere con voi i racconti di Fragola, mi si è subito accesa una lampadina 💡! Questi sarebbero diventati i miei feuilletons 🤓.

Un tuffo nel passato per portare avanti una tradizione letteraria leggera e veloce da consumare, perfetta in questa epoca dove qualsiasi discorso ha inizio con un’unica frase:

«Mi piacerebbe, ma non ho tempo!»

Che poi è il filo conduttore di tutti i miei articoli.

Se li avete letti, avrete senz’altro notato la loro breve durata. Appositamente pensata per essere alla portata del tempo di tutti.

Qualcuno mi ha detto che ciò che scrivo non è “graffiante” e la sua affermazione è corretta.

Allora sono riuscita nel mio intento, perché io non volevo graffiare. Il mio desiderio è regalarvi qualche minuto di lettura leggera… mite, come mi piace definirla.

Lascio il piacere di graffiare a qualcun altro e mi concentro sugli attimi di vita soavi.

Non so voi… io ne ho tanto bisogno ☺️.

Have you ever heard about feuilletons?

They are penny dreadful, a format which spread in the first years of the 1800 in France. A serial popular character novel published in the footer on the daily press. Generally few episodes, every Sunday.

When I started sharing with you the Strawberry’s tales, it has been like a light bulb went on above my head 💡! These tales would become my feuilletons 🤓.

A blast from the past to carry on a literary tradition, light and fast to read, perfect for this era where every discussion begins with:

«I’d like to, but I have no time»

And this is the common thread in all of my tales.

If you have read them, you should have noticed their length, specifically designed to be within everyone’s time.

Someone told me that what I write isn’t “scratchy” and his statement is right.

Well, I was successful then because I didn’t want to scratch. My wish is to give you some light reading… mild, as I like to call it.

I leave to somebody else the pleasure to scratch, therefore I focus about mild life moments.

I don’t know about you…. but I need it so much ☺️.
