Piccola Pausa / Short break

Vi voglio raccontare una bella storia.

C’era una volta un… no aspettate, c’è ancora, ricomincio da capo.

C’è un luogo piccolo piccolo, dove il tempo riacquista magicamente valore. Si chiama: “Petite Pause” ovvero “Piccola Pausa”.

Un luogo dove per entrarci, devi concederti il privilegio di amarti, perché per ben un’ora, esisterai solo tu.

Nessun’altra falsa priorità è ammessa. Non ci sarai per nessuno, nemmeno per il tuo animale domestico, che si, potrebbe avere bisogno di te proprio in quel momento. Per non menzionare il tuo datore di lavoro che, effettivamente potrebbe tranquillamente telefonarti nel tuo giorno di ferie. Vogliamo parlare poi, dell’Universo intero? Chi lo salverà al tuo posto, dato che tu avrai il cellulare spento?

Beh certo, il rischio è alto, ma per amore faresti questo ed altro, giusto?

Allora è giunto il momento di farlo per te stesso o te stessa, di dedicarti al tuo benessere, ai tuoi desideri, a ciò che senti nel profondo ed è molto più semplice di quello che pensi. Prenditi una pausa, anche piccola, e falla diventare il tuo gesto d’amore più grande.

Credimi, non casca il mondo se non sei sempre connesso/a… però magari caschi tu, dentro al tuo tempo, dove l’unica cosa che conta per una volta: sei tu.

Ok adesso tocca a me, perché a parole siamo tutti bravi… poi nei fatti…Così sto per entrare davvero da Petite Pause, un bellissimo centro olistico dove mi regalerò un massaggio. Milena, la guardiana del tempio, mi sta aspettando. Visto, è facile! Per un’ora non ci sarò per nessuno!

“Beh però 1 ora… sono 60 minuti… ed anche 3600 secondi… allora, cosa faccio, vado? Non è che poi quando esco, siete tutti spariti?

I want to tell you a nice story.

Once upon a time there was a… no wait, there is still, I’ll start over.

There is a small little place, where time magically regains value. It’s called: “Petite Pause” or “Short Break”.

A place where to enter it, you have to grant yourself the privilege of loving yourself, because for an hour, only you will exist.

No other false priorities are allowed. You won’t be there for anyone, not even your pet, that yes, they might need you right then. Not to mention your boss who could actually call you on your vacation day. Do we want to talk about the entire Universe then? Who will save it in your place, since you will have your phone turned off?

Well, sure, the risk is high, but for love you would do this and more, right?

Then the time has come to do it for yourself or yourself, to dedicate yourself to your well-being, your desires, what you feel deep inside and it’s much simpler than you think. Take a break, even a small one, and make it your greatest gesture of love.

Believe me, the world does not fall if you are not always connected… but maybe you fall into your time, where the only thing that matters for once is you.

Ok now it’s my turn, because in words we are all good… then in practice… So I’m about to really enter Petite Pause, a beautiful holistic center where I will give myself a massage. Milena, the temple guardian, is waiting for me. See, it’s easy! For an hour I won’t be there for anyone!
