Tutto ciò che è avvenuto dopo l’incontro con lo specchio ve l’ho già raccontato e lo continuo a documentare con gli autoscatti quotidiani.

Devo ammettere che mi sono sempre presa cura del mio aspetto ma oggi è indubbiamente più armonico.

Attraverso i numerosi cambiamenti e la continua ricerca del giusto equilibrio, sono riuscita a sentirmi meglio ed è quello che cerco di mostrarvi.

In fondo questo è il messaggio.

Nessuna conquista avviene senza il minimo sforzo ed impegno. Ci vuole tanta perseveranza ma alla fine ce la possiamo fare e niente ha più valore del sentirsi bene.

Quindi, se un pochino vi ho convinti, se vi è venuta voglia di alleggerire e di allestire la vostra “mongolfiera” oppure semplicemente se vi e’ piaciuta la mia storia….
