The remote control

They told you this is not good, you have to change.

They made you believe they have the truth in their hand, you have to follow them.

They suggested you to grow up, to understand, to homologate, to be silent, to obey… they’re practically telling you not to exist.

But that’s not what matters.

You are doing it and tell me, why?

Do you think there’s someone with super powers? Someone knows what’s right or wrong for you? Because in that case, I’d like to know him too, you know how many mistakes I would avoid committing.

I don’t know what a wound tastes and maybe I wouldn’t even know the pain of a fall…

But come to think of it, thanks to that wound I understood something more about myself and when I fell, I gained new strength that I didn’t know to get up and then I like the blue color I don’t care if pink is trendy… and I also found saying what I think makes me feel better. I want to be silent no longer.

Then you know what? I don’t care who is remote controling you and if I were you, I’d disable the on button.

The only voice can guide you, it’s yours.

All the buzz you hear out there is nothing more than the lament of those who are unable to improve their own life and so they decide to take care of the others’ one.

Do not cancel yourself, choose to exist… it’s the best gift you can give to yourself, but be careful: it’s only a suggestion.
